TRAFx date/time correction tool

This tool corrects all the date/time records contained in a TRAFx data file or a TRAFx shuttle file. Use it in these situations.

You accidentally entered the wrong date and/or time when you configured a TRAFx counter
You accidentally entered the wrong date and/or time when you configured a TRAFx G3 Dock in Shuttle Mode
